Core web's Airdrop tool is a self-serve, user-friendly platform for creating and managing token promotions and airdrops, powered by data sources developed and maintained by Ava Labs.

  1. Connect a wallet to Core web.

  2. Navigate to the Tools page and select Airdrop.

  3. Select the Token to airdrop.

  4. Populate the recipients list. Instructions on how to populate the recipients list can be found below.

  5. Enter the amount token to distribute.

  6. Review the final details and click Launch Aidrop.

Airdropping is a multi-step process. You will be prompted to approve multiple transactions from your Core wallet to finalize all details and complete the airdrop transaction.

How do I enter the recipients manually?

  1. Collect the list of EVM addresses to send the airdrop to.

  2. Enter the addresses with either a comma, space, or new line separating them.

How do I use the recipients query tool?

  2. Select Date Option and choose a date range if necessary.

  3. Press either Test Query to simulate the results of the query or Confirm Query to confirm the selection.

  4. Click Airdrop to ### addresses.

How do I upload the CSV file?

  1. Click on the CSV file option.

  2. Select the file.

  3. Click Open.

For users who want to specify the token distribution for each address, please make sure the CSV file meets the following guidelines:

  1. The first row of the CSV file must include the following:

    1. Column 1 = "evmAddress"

    2. Column 2 = "amount"

  2. All addresses entered in the CSV file must be valid EVM addresses.

  3. Token amounts must be specified in the human-readable number format (Do not use uint256 format)

  4. Do not include the token ticker. The token is specified in the Core UI.

NOTE:

  1. Duplicate EVM addresses will have the total amounts summed.

  2. The sum of all amounts listed in the CSV file will determine the final amount sent in the airdrop.

NOTE:

  • This tool is only compatible with Core extension, Core mobile, directly connected email addresses, and direct Ledger connection to Core web.

  • This tool is only available for the Avalanche C-Chain Mainnet.

  • Only EVM addresses are supported. Entering any other address format will be skipped during the airdrop process.

  • A maximum of 10,000 addresses can be airdropped to at one time.

  • If a large number of addresses is being airdropped to, the user may need to approve multiple send token transactions.
